Various films

Has anyone seen "Hiroshima Mon Amour"? I read the book, and thought the movie was very very good, just watched it last night. Directed by Alain Resnais, who directed another film I was impressed with - "Nuit et Brouillard", a film about the Auschwitz concentration camp.

On a side note, has anyone seen the film "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not"? Avec Audrey Tatou. Bought it, but haven't watched it yet...

I saw Hiroshima again a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it more than when I was younger. I recommend listening to the comments on the DVD.

Hiroshima is top 15 for me. I just think it's incomparable... it's raw and honest and experimental without being obtuse or abrasive. it's pure poetry on film, in the tradition of Cocteau.
